In March, we had a brilliant Balance Bike session run by instructors from Via East Midlands. All the Reception and Year 1 children took part.
We practiced moving forwards in a controlled manner, turning and stopping. In the second session after break we played follow my leader and other games whilst on the bikes.
We all really enjoyed the sessions despite the sudden hail storm! And, we’ve booked the session again for next year’s Reception class!
